They say

Quick edge to edge? Check. Absurd float in Pow? You bet. You might be surprised to hear that the Mindbender 99Ti only clocks in at 99 underfoot

We say

The Minbender feels like more of an allrounder in this group. It has enough float to keep everything easy to handle in deep, difficult conditions, the wide shovel really helping out to develop early lift so that the ski can immediately turn with ease. That shovel really helps to initiate the turn, while the solid flex helps to keep it on track through the arc. It feels strong in its construction which would help it to stand up to faster turns, although it did feel less sensitive and lush in its flex compared to some of the other skis we tested in this category

Tester Comments

Dougie Mill
Easy to maneuver in variable snow, felt stiff in the tail
Mark Jones
Float well and grip well on hardpack, but were a bit clunky and underwhelming
