Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1730, 37.5 hours per week

The Role
We’re looking for two seasonal Sales & Operations Executive to join our friendly Freshtracks team, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent. Our Freshtrack team and programme is expanding, and we would love you to be a part of it!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and customer service to play a key role in delivering our group ski holidays across Europe, North America and Asia. Working closely with members, suppliers and our volunteer Ski Club Reps, you’ll help ensure every holiday runs smoothly, from the first enquiry through to our members returning home with lasting memories.
As part of a small, supportive team, no two days are the same. You’ll gain experience across sales, customer service, holiday operations, supplier management and other departments, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in the travel industry while working in a sociable environment with a shared passion for travel.

The Ski Club of Great Britain is based in modern Workspace offices in Oval, London. The role is hybrid, where we spend three days in the office, and two days working from home. What you’ll receive:
All Ski Club non-chalet roles are hybrid (following completion of initial probation and training periods), based principally in our offices in South London.
For seasonal employment in our French chalets, the Club remains committed to employing Brits overseas; to this end, the Club is pleased to provide work permits and support visa applications for those applying to these roles.
Seasonal work remains available for British passport holders following Britain’s departure from the European Union, allowing young people the opportunity to travel, live and work in the mountains.
