Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Website Manager to oversee the planning, development, maintenance, and optimisation of our company’s websites. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital presence is visually appealing, user-friendly, secure, and optimised for performance, while supporting marketing, branding, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Maintenance
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s websites.
• Ensure websites are secure, up-to-date, and functioning smoothly across all browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with IT, developers, and designers to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
• Manage web hosting, CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), plugins, and integrations.
Content Management & Optimization
• Upload, format, and publish website content including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
• Monitor and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience (UX/UI).
SEO & Analytics
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
• Set up and analyse web metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Provide regular reports on traffic, engagement, conversions, and site performance, with actionable recommendations.
Compliance & Best Practices
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain up-to-date security protocols (SSL, backups, etc.).
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, UX trends, and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing websites or working in a similar digital role.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
Understanding of Salesforce CRM and how it integrates with websites to support lead capture, data flow, and user experience would be an advantageTechnical Skills:
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with web hosting, DNS management, and basic website security.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and performance optimisation.
Soft Skills:
• Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, design, and external vendors.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.
