Mount Baw Baw

A small but entertaining intermediate area in attractive woodland, with a range of off snow activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Mount Baw Baw has 10km of pisted terrain with the area is geared towards beginners and intermediates.

70% of runs are blues. The Summit run, accessed from the Summit t-bar, and the runs around the base of the resort offer the best skiing for beginners. Intermediates are able to ski anywhere on the mountain but for the biggest challenges they should head up the Maltese or Hut Run Platter lifts. Off the snow tobogganing and dog sled rides are on offer.

The Resort offers self-contained apartments, cabins, traditional lodges and backpacker style accommodation. The resort is a 2.5 hour drive (150km) from Melbourne.
