Unlike some more Westernized resorts, Myoko retains a traditional Japanese feel, with quiet towns, local hospitality, and fewer crowds.
Myoko Kogen includes multiple ski areas like Akakura Onsen, Akakura Kanko, and Suginohara, offering diverse terrain suitable for beginners to advanced skiers.
Myoko is famous for its deep, consistent powder snow.

Fewer locals speak English compared to larger or more international ski resorts, which might make communication a bit challenging.
