The Ski Club is happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after receipt of goods. Please note the following conditions apply:

• All goods returned must be unused and in a resalable condition, with tags and labels attached.
• Water bottles and other drinking vessels must not have been used.
• All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the items, or via store credit.
• Free returns applies to the issued courier label only; no costs will be covered by the Ski Club if you choose to return via a different method

To begin a return, please complete the returns form below to generate your RMA number – which must be enclosed with your items when sending it back to us – and your free courier label. You can then drop your parcel off at a collection point or hand to a courier.

Please note that issuing RMA numbers may take 1-2 business days whilst your return request is processed by the Ski Club Team. Refund may take between five and seven business days to process once an item has been returned.
