The Spitfire have always been a fun ski to ski, but the addition of Nordica’s Dual Core (DC) tech adds a sense of stability and control at lower speeds. Previously a rip-snorter of a downhill ski, this version gives that same power and grip at high speed, including across boilerplate and icy snow we had on test, that added stability adding well to the mix. Dual Core tech features a layer of titanal in the middle of the wood core, sandwiched between to rubber sheets, adding power but stability, too.
