The Deacon 72 was perhaps Völkl’s best known and best loved on piste ski of the last few years. With new graphics, a new name and a high quality beech and poplar woodcore, this ski comes to life really well in high speed turns. Gripped the snow well in carving turns, excelling at medium speed turns that will flatter all kinds of skiers. Needs a bit of power to stay ahead on slippery and boilerplate conditions. Suitable for a range of skiers but will need a really good skier to get the very best out of them.
