On this holiday, you’ll spend six days social skiing with other members and will be split into groups of 8/9 based on your ski profile. On our social skiing holidays, your Ski Club Rep will ski with the groups as a member sharing their knowledge of the area from the quietest pistes, best runs and tastiest lunch spots. It is essential that guests have the correct ski profile for the holiday they would like to book, please see the ‘View dates & prices’ tab for specific holiday details.
We are ATOL and ABTOT protected so you can book with confidence knowing your money is secure.
Our holidays are a great way to meet and ski with other members of a similar ability to you.

7 nights half board, 4* hotel, twin share, return scheduled flights and coach transfers, 6 days social skiing
A lot of the terrain is rated blue, but there is some more challenging red terrain and a couple of blacks, for example the Holzriese, which is the steapest slope in Italy and definitely a must for adrenaline junkies. Most slopes are tree-lined, so are excellent in bad weather, plus snowmaking coverage is exceptional, ensuring reliable conditions throughout the winter. The lift system has seen major upgrades in recent years and there are ambitious plans to link the ski area even better, to the village of Padola and also across into Austria, which connection would make 3 Zinnen the biggest ski resort in the Dolomiti Superski Area and the only one in two countries.
The scenery is incredibly picturesque, with beautiful Dolomite views at every turn. Thereโs also a fascinating history going back to the World Wars, some of which can still be seen today, either in a museum or on a guided tour of the old mountain trenches which the tourist office regularly runs. German is very much the language here and this is reflected in many of the place names, which are bilingual. The villages of Sesto and Versciaco are the best bases from where to explore the ski area.
Innsbruck airport in Austria is closest, with the drive taking around two hours, but with the option also of flying into Venice or Treviso airport, which are about 2.5 hours scenic drive away.
The 4* Drei Zinnenย is the ideal base for a winter holiday in the Dolomites. A charming and historic building, this hotel boasts a family-fun atmosphere as well as bright, comfortable rooms. You will be staying on a half board basis with breakfast and dinner included. Accommodation is provided on a twin share basis. If you are a solo traveller, then you will be placed in a room with someone of the same gender. Single rooms may be available upon request. These are subject to our hotel room allowance. If you require a single room, please book early to avoid disappointment.
This holiday includes both your flights and transfers. The flights are with British Airways departing from London Heathrow to Venice Marco Polo Airport. Ski carriage is payable at the airport only and cannot be pre-booked.
17th – 24th Jan : LHR 0755 – 1110 VCE (BA0592) // VCE 1805 – 1925 LHR (BA0597)
Your Rep will coordinate the coach transfer from Venice Marco Polo Airport, so please look out for them in the main arrivals hall (they will be wearing their Ski Club jacket). The transfer will take roughly 3 hours.
If these arrangements are not convenient, you can organise your own travel and may be eligible to receive a nominal discount from the holiday cost. Furthermore, if you can find alternative flights that coincide with our flight times, then you can meet the group at the airport and take our transfers to resort. Please do not book any alternative flights or travel until your holiday has been confirmed to run. Please contact the Freshtracks office on 020 8410 2022 in order to discuss this further.
For ski hire, we recommend Snowsport Sexten. When booked online, you’ll receive a 12% discount and they will deliver the equipment to the hotel. For online bookings, please visit: https://www.sportpoint-sexten.com/en_home.html.

It is a condition of booking that you have valid and adequate snowsports insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy provides cover for all the activities that you participate in during your holiday. We offer a Ski Club Insurance policy which provides the cover we require for all bookings. This policy can be found here: Ski Club Travel Insurance – Ski Club Of Great Britain.
If you decide to purchase insurance elsewhere, it is your responsibility to ensure that your policy provides cover as that of the Ski Club Insurance policy. The policy of insurance should provide cover for personal injury, death, medical and repatriation costs in the countries which you intend to visit, together with cover for loss of baggage and valuables, personal liability, delay, cancellation, curtailment, missed departure and legal expenses. The policy should also include cover against losses caused by the effects or consequences of Covid-19.
Due to the type of holidays that you will be booking with us, we also advise that your policy should include skiing off-piste without a guide. Please note, insurance premiums must be paid at the same time as booking in order for the package holiday or single service cancellation cover to be effective. It is also advised to keep your insurance details with you while you are on your holiday. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
