Jasmin Taylor Moves to Atomic ahead of this Season

Jasmin ‘Jaz’ Taylor, GB Telemark Skier, has moved to Atomic for the coming season. The decision came after 9 seasons of competing on the Italian brand, Blossom, where she achieved a total of 68 World Cup podiums, 4 World Championship medals and 2 Overall World Cup titles, including a further 3 individual discipline crystal globes.

Jaz explained, “I just felt that I needed something new, especially at this point in my career. I had the opportunity to test Atomic skis towards the end of the season – I had so much fun and wanted to see where this new challenge could take me”.

This sponsorship comes from none other than Ski Club of Great Britain partner; Ski Bartlett, who have collaborated with Atomic UK to help Jaz. She said “I cannot thank Ski Bartlett enough for all the support, not only for everything they’re doing right now, but for the years of support since being a child, it feels like a full circle moment”.

Terry Bartlett himself commented, “we’ve known Jaz for years, since being a young dry slope racer, her coming along to the shop with her dad, following and supporting her telemark career too, it has been a pleasure to be able to help with Atomic skis for this coming season”.

We’re currently surviving the heat in the UK but winter is never far from my mind, I am currently preparing for another season of racing, which kicks off again in Hintertux (Austria) on 27-28 November later this year.

I’ve been working hard in the gym, roller-skiing, running and cycling a lot this summer to get strong and fit, and I have also been getting my equipment set up and ready to go. After 9 years of skiing on the Italian brand, Blossom, I decided to make the switch to Atomic. This is very kindly, being sponsored by Ski Bartlett, who have been there from the very beginning.

I remember needing new equipment as a child, and my dad betting me if I got a podium, we could head to Ski Bartlett – I didn’t need the extra motivation to be honest, it was already the most magical place on earth and still is!
