The vertical may be modest in this corner of Ontario,
but the 30km of well groomed and – thanks to 100% snowmaking coverage – snowsure slopes offer good variety. From the gentle learning runs at the foot of the hill to steeper gladed terrain at the western end of the ski area and bumps runs to night skiing, this small resort has everything.
There are numerous lodging options at the base and in nearby Collingwood, but with the vast metropolis of Toronto only two hours away be prepared for weekend queues. Away from the slopes, snowshoe hiking, cross country skiing and curling are popular past-times.
