With an average of 13-15 metres of snow per season, the Myoko ski region is a haven for powder hounds.

Unlike some more Westernized resorts, Myoko retains a traditional Japanese feel, with quiet towns, local hospitality, and fewer crowds.
Myoko Kogen includes multiple ski areas like Akakura Onsen, Akakura Kanko, and Suginohara, offering diverse terrain suitable for beginners to advanced skiers.
