Current conditions:
For beginners there is an area at the top of the Pre des Preys gondola. There are some great pistes for progression such as the Salamandre which is a long, gentle, windy run. Intermediates can access the runs most suited to them by heading high up the mountain – the runs from the TSD Crêtes chairlift, the Jaux 1 draglift and the Ourson draglift in particular are excellent. Advanced skiers, while not quite as well served as beginners and intermediates, have plenty to keep them occupied. Le Grand Couloir is a good challenge and extensive off piste can be found in the Petite Moucherolle area.
The resort has a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets. There are luxury hotels should your budget stretch far enough or there are more affordable chalets, hotels and apartments. There is also plenty to do in the resort, including a lively après scene. Grenoble airport is just an hour’s drive from the resort and Chambéry and Lyon airports are good alternatives.<
