The Ski Club of Great Britain is delighted to announce the renewal of its sponsorship of British alpine ski racer Laurie Taylor for the 2026/27 winter season, following his most successful World Cup campaign to date.
The 30-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough 2025/26 season, delivering a series of impressive performances on the world stage.
Among the highlights was a career-best fourth-place finish in the opening World Cup slalom in Levi, Finland, where he narrowly missed out on the podium.
Consistent results throughout the winter saw Taylor finish 21st in the World Cup slalom standings, securing qualification for the prestigious World Cup Finals for the first time in his career.
Reflecting on the renewed partnership, Taylor said:
“I’m grateful again for Ski Club’s support. It’s fantastic to have a community of skiers enjoying the mountains and supporting British skiing.”
The Ski Club is proud to continue supporting Laurie as he builds on last season’s achievements and looks to make his mark on the international stage once again.
Taylor returns to World Cup action on 15 November 2026 in Levi, Finland, as he looks to kick-start another successful season.
Ski fans can follow the action live on TNT Sports, with Ski Club Ambassador Dave Ryding joining co-commentator Ed Drake to provide expert insight and analysis. Race highlights will also be available on the FIS Alpine YouTube channel.
