- For freeriders: Axamer Lizum offers 300 hectares of open terrain and reliable snow well into spring. Kühtai – Austria’s highest resort at over 2,000m – combines snow security with ski-in ski-out convenience.
- For families: Muttereralm and Rangger Köpfl are ideal for kids, with gentle slopes and fun extras like toboggan runs.

How to get there
Many roads lead to Innsbruck – including the path of no car.
In winter, Innsbruck airport has daily connections from numerous UK airports. Rail travel is just as convenient, with direct and overnight trains from neighbouring countries and major European cities right into the heart of the Alps.
