Ski Club Offers Free Gear Repairs to Members at London Snow Show

Members are invited to bring their well-loved gear in for a spruce up; missing zip pulls, tears, and missing stitches can all be repaired by the expert team at United Repair Centre.

How it works

Register your repair using the online form here – please note that repairs are limited to on per member.

Then make your way to the London Snow Show on 18 & 19 October and find us on stand E10.

Drop your gear off with the Ski Club team. We’ll take it away with us to United Repair Centre, get it patched up, then send it out to you when it’s all good to go!

United Repair Centre

United Repair Centre were founded with one simple principle; to repair your outdoor gear to keep it going for longer. Originally based in Amsterdam, they now operate a repair centre right here in London.

As a Gore-Tex Certified Repair organisation, they have the skills and experience necessary to repair any piece of gear and any fault, no matter how big or small, to keep you warm, dry, and looking your best in the mountains this winter!

What Else Should We Know?

Please note we are only able to accept “soft” goods, i.e. clothing – hard goods like skis, helmets, shoes or luggage cannot be accepted for repair.

You must register your repair in advance. Please have your name and membership number ready when handing your repair over so we can make sure you get the right piece back when repaired.

Sometimes, some things are just too damaged for United Repair Centre to repair. We’ll let you know if they’re unable to perform the desired repair, and get the item shipped back to you (or disposed of, if you’d rather.
