How to Claim Your Ikon Pass
Once you have purchased your Ikon Pass via the Ski Club, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an invitation to sign up to Ikon’s online portal. Note you must do this before you start skiing!
There are three ways to collect or use your Ikon Pass this season, depending on where you live and where you are first skiing:
- For those Members based in North America, Ikon Pass will post your pass out to you using the address supplied on purchasing your pass.
- For those resident outside North America, but your first skiing of the year is in North America – you can collect your Ikon Pass from the ticket office of the resort (except Cypress or Red Mountain, see below)
- For those resident outside North America and your first skiing is also outside North America – present your completed Ikon Pass profile to the ticket office window to collect a week pass for your time in resort (except Zermatt, see below)
For visitors to Cypress or Red Mountain, they are unable to print Ikon Passes, and will instead issue local tickets for your time in resort. Conversely, Zermatt is able to print Ikon Passes.
